Cyber Tourist lets you view and save pictures from around the world!
You can drop pins on a map based on your current location, or manually. When you tap the pins, you can view their associated pictures. You can also see user descriptions of the pictures. The pictures and descriptions are automatically saved on your device, so they are accessible even when you are offline.
